The apartment is a perfect fit for master students, expats and PhD workers. The apartment has one bedroom and is suitable for one person or a couple.
Registration is possible for one or two persons.
The Mortelplein area is a cosy neighborhood with a small shopping area including a supermarket, bakery and some restaurants.
The city center is only 10 minutes by bicycle. Tilburg University is only 5-10 minutes by bicycle. You will also be living close to Bosch transmission and Rhenus Logistics.
Monthly rent including furniture, wifi and public utilities: €1280,-
The contract will be for one year starting at 01-08-2021 and ending at 31-7-2022.

Situated in a safe and agreeable neighbourhood, near essential shops: supermarket, bike shop, ServicePunt, etc. It’s located right at the Ringbaan-west road thus very convenient to get by anywhere. The pictures here are very accurate. Bedandbureau is highly reliable and is readily available to assist you. The apartment is very spacious for 1-2 persons, with a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machine and other necessary appliances. I find the price reasonable for what you get. Overall a very well-thought-out apartment you can move in without worrying.
