For rent from August 2022, this cosy furnished small room in the Blaak area, on walking distance from Tilburg University and the University train station. 10-15 minutes by bike, on a special bike path, to the center town of Tilburg and our famous library LocHal.

The homestay room comes with a shared modern bathroom and shared kitchen with all the equipment you need. On sunny days the garden is also open for use. On the attic are 2 rooms for rent, this small one and a bigger room. The room consists of a desk, chair and bed and a cabinet for your personal belongings. On the first level you can make use of the shared bathroom and laundry machine.

Francisca, lessor of the rooms, is a kind host who speaks besides Dutch also native Spanish. She loves to welcome female tenants who also speak Spanish.
