For rent this cosy furnished  room in the Blaak area, on walking distance from Tilburg University and train station. 10 to 15 minutes by bike, on a special bike path, to center town of Tilburg and our famous library LocHal.

The homestay room comes with a shared modern bathroom and shared kitchen with all the equipment you need. On sunny days the garden is also open for use. On the attic there are 2 rooms for rent, this one and a smaller room. The room consists of a desk, chair and bed and a cabinet for your personal belongings. On the first level you find beside the bathroom the washing machine.

Francisca, lessor of the rooms, is a kind host who speaks besides Dutch also native Spanish. She loves to welcome female tenants who also speak Spanish.
